LEGAL TERMS OF USE

Terms of
Use.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Bullseye, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. Bullseye Service

Bullseye provides tools for recording archery sessions, tracking scores and performance, reviewing progress, managing training information, and using archer and coach features. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued as the service develops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should promptly contact Bullseye Support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Free Access and Bullseye Pro

New users may receive up to seven days of free access to Bullseye features. After the free-access period ends, continued access to paid Bullseye Pro features requires an active subscription.

Bullseye Pro may be offered through monthly, six-month, and yearly subscription options. The available plans, prices, duration, and features are displayed in the app and may vary by platform, country, or applicable taxes.

5. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewal

Bullseye subscriptions are purchased through the app store used to download the app. On iOS, subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store. On Android, subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play.

Where a subscription is configured as an auto-renewable subscription, it renews according to the applicable app store's subscription terms unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation and subscription management are handled through the applicable Apple Account or Google Play account settings. Bullseye does not control the billing systems of Apple or Google.

App store payment methods, billing, taxes, refunds, and transaction processing are subject to the applicable app store's terms and policies. For subscription-specific billing or refund questions, you may also need to contact Apple or Google, as applicable.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the app store where you purchased it. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable app store's policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Bullseye, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer or exploit the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. User Content and Archery Data

You retain your rights in information and content you submit to Bullseye, subject to the permissions necessary for Bullseye to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to use it.

Coach and archer features may allow information to be shared with a connected coach or other authorized users. Use these sharing controls carefully and only connect with people you trust.

9. Intellectual Property

Bullseye and its software, branding, visual design, content, and service features are owned by or licensed to Bullseye and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Bullseye or its intellectual property.

10. Training and Performance Information

Bullseye is a tracking and training tool. Performance insights, statistics, scores, and other information provided by the service are for informational and training purposes and are not a guarantee of athletic performance, competition results, or improvement.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Bullseye available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, or product-development reasons.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bullseye is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Bullseye will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Bullseye where reasonably necessary, including for serious violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending app use does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable app store.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Bullseye after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
