Bullseye is an archery training and performance application for archers and coaches. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and protected when you use Bullseye and related services.

1. Information We Collect
Account Information
We may collect your name, email address, account credentials, profile information, and other information you choose to provide.
Archery and Training Information
Bullseye may store bow type, shooting sessions, scores, arrow counts, grouping and tuning measurements, training assignments, performance information, achievements, and related coaching information.
Photos and Files
If you upload photos or files for archery analysis or training, we may store them so you can access them through the app and, where applicable, share them with a connected coach.
Subscriptions and Payments
Bullseye offers paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Bullseye does not need to store your full card number or CVV. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Technical Information
We may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as device, application, network, authentication, and diagnostic information.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate Bullseye.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Store and display archery and training records.
- Enable authorized coach and archer features.
- Provide performance, grouping, tuning, and training features.
- Process subscriptions and verify subscription status.
- Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
- Fix errors and improve reliability.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate Bullseye, process payments, provide hosting or infrastructure, maintain security, or provide essential services.
Information may be visible to a coach when you intentionally connect with that coach and authorize relevant coaching features. Uploaded photos and files are protected so that they can only be accessed by authorized users.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and training information as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate records. Information may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
6. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Bullseye account and associated personal information by contacting supportbullseye360@gmail.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. We may verify the request before processing it. Some information may be retained where required by law or for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate record-keeping.
7. Children's Privacy
Bullseye is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact supportbullseye360@gmail.com.
8. Third-Party Services
Bullseye may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, security, analytics, or other infrastructure. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Razorpay may process payment information when you purchase a Bullseye subscription.
